Fairly good room with a fantastic view, bedroom plus great access to the mall. Great meal at beach restaurant.

Its location not too far from The Star Gold Coast was awesome. The staff were lovely and personable and knew their area.

The setting was quite great and magnificent within easy reach of The Star Gold Coast.

The hotel had large bedrooms. The staff was helpful and gave some great recommendations. The room was well-appointed with a comfy bed. Its location relatively near Kurrawa Beach was magnificent and fantastic. Truly enjoyed our time here.

My stay was good for our Broadbeach holidays. They gave me good sized and nicely furnished room with bedrooms and easy access to Clubs and fantastic views over the park. A fridge, an oven and kitchenware were provided.

Luxurious space, friendly reception, well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, lovely pool.

Couldn't fault.

The scenic and convenient location, the well appointed rooms, the quick and efficient check in and check out procedure.

The locality to shops and restaurants and only a short stroll to Pacific Fair shopping centre and access to buses.

Disappointment at not being able to book an ocean view when these are advertised as available. We have stayed twice now and love the location but both times have asked for an ocean view and both times been very disappointed. Maybe even being honest about the unavailability would at least make guests feel better rather than arriving and just being given a key and finding out when you reach the room. Unfortunately this is the one and only reason that we will not risk another booking at South Pacific Plaza.

Booked a room with pleasant views of the beach and reserve. The location was marvellous, only 5 minutes walk to The Star Gold Coast. And it was also short walk to tram transport and the centre...

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly welcoming.

There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave in the room, appreciated that. The location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of The Oasis Shopping Centre.

Amazing views and easy access to transportation were the best aspects of our trip. The apartment was quite spacious and had great facilities that were clean and well-maintained. The nearby beach was a great way to spend the day with the Kurrawa Surf Club offering a range of options for entertainment.

The furnishings and facilities of the unit were far below standards. The bed and lounge were extremely uncomfortable, and the cleanliness of the refrigerator and washing machine was unacceptable.

The hotel's location is great, with fabulous views of the beach from many rooms. A shopping mall, park and the beach are conveniently located nearby. Additionally, the pool offers a great way to stay cool in the hot weather. The air conditioning system is super-effective, making it easier to rest comfortably after a long day out.

The service could use some improvement.

We loved staying at south pacific being so close to restaurants beach shopping and returning to a beautiful place to stay at night thank you south pacfic plaza we will be back very soon absolutely loved it

Everything was perfect

We had a lovely room right across from the beach and ocean. There was a good sized north east balcony which is protected from the southerly breezes. It was very nicely furnished and very clean and tidy. The position was great as you could pop into the shops easily and walk to all of the local restaurants. It is also within walking distance of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The staff were pleasant and very obliging when we asked for a late checkout.
